Delete your account

You can delete your Mountain States Cup Race Companion app account at any time, from the app or from this page.

In the app: open the app, go to the Home tab, tap the menu button at the top right, then ACCOUNT → Delete Account. You’ll be asked to type your account email to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app: email shawn@mscracing.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll confirm by reply and delete the account.

What is deleted: your sign-in account, session, household links, and app preferences (including notification settings).

What is retained: published competition records — race results, series standings, and licensing records — are records of the sporting events themselves and remain after an account is deleted. A rider profile is not a login; it is part of the series’ competition history. Details, including how minors’ information and photos are handled, are in our Privacy Policy.
